Recently, the Postdoctoral Management Office of our hospital organized an annual comprehensive evaluation meeting for postdoctoral fellows, conducting exit evaluations for six postdoctoral fellows: Cui Xin, Ma Xiaofen, Jin Mengmeng, Cai Baozhong, Ma Mingkai, and Jiao Niantao. The evaluation team is composed of Tang Xiaoyun and Song Ziqian from our postdoctoral work leadership group, Cheng Suiying, an academic committee member, Yun Jiang, the head of the tourism basic theory research base, He Qiongfeng, Liu Xiangyan, Hu Fusheng, and the postdoctoral management office. After the evaluation team conducted a defense and evaluation of the postdoctoral exit report, as well as a comprehensive evaluation of their daily scientific research and other aspects, six postdoctoral fellows, Cui Xin, Ma Xiaofen, Jin Mengmeng, Cai Baozhong, Ma Mingkai, and Jiao Niantao, met the exit requirements and were approved to leave after being reviewed by the team meeting.

As of the evaluation of this exam, our postdoctoral workstation has successfully trained 48 postdoctoral fellows to leave the station, and currently there are 19 postdoctoral fellows in the station.
