On September 2, 2025, our institute held a symposium for newly admitted postdoctoral fellows. Dai Bin, the President of China Tourism Research Institute, presided over the meeting and had in-depth exchanges with the postdoctoral fellows. At the meeting, six postdoctoral fellows including Liu Jin, Wei Yuqian, Wang Huaxin, Zhang Dingning, Li Chunlin, and Shen Qi introduced their personal research backgrounds and research plans one by one. Dai Bin provided specific guidance based on the research direction and personal growth of each postdoctoral fellow, in accordance with the founding purpose and current scientific research deployment of our institute. This symposium is a practical measure taken by our hospital to improve the quality of postdoctoral training, laying the foundation for new postdoctoral fellows to quickly integrate into our research work.
